How does the 100% reimbursement work, and how long does it take?

Once you complete your order, test the product, and your review goes live on Amazon, send us the live review screenshot. We will forward it to the brand, and you will receive your 100% PayPal reimbursement (typically processed within 5 to 7 business days as brands manage multiple testers simultaneously).

Are there any hidden fees, charges, or subscription costs to join?

Absolutely not! Our platform is 100% free for U.S. shoppers and testers. You never have to pay any subscription or hidden fees.

Why is checking the "Sold by" name important before purchasing?

To ensure you purchase the exact item allocated for testing, you MUST verify that the correct store name (shown above the Product ID on our product card) is selling the item on Amazon before placing your order. Orders from incorrect sellers will NOT be accepted.

How do I register my order and claim my reimbursement?

After placing your order on Amazon, simply send us a screenshot of your order confirmation along with your PayPal email address to secure your testing spot.

Do I have to leave a 5-star review?

We value authentic feedback. Whether your review is positive or reflects your genuine 5 to 6 days experience with the product, it should be honest and natural.
