To participate as a product tester in our community, you must adhere to the following standards:
- You must be an active shopper with a valid account in good standing.
- You agree to follow our standard testing process: requesting a product, placing the order through Amazon, sharing the Order ID for verification, and communicating exclusively through our official WhatsApp or Messenger channels.
- All reviews and feedback provided must be honest, unbiased, and based on your genuine experience with the product.
2. Product Testing & Reimbursement Process
- Testing Spots: Product testing opportunities and free samples are limited and subject to availability. Securing a testing spot requires confirmation via our direct chat support.
- Order & Review Guidelines: Testers must complete purchases as instructed and share their valid Amazon Order ID for tracking and verification.
- Reimbursements: Any agreed refunds or reimbursements for tested products are processed strictly according to our verified program guidelines once the testing process is successfully completed.
3. Prohibited Activities & Account Disqualification
We maintain strict quality control to protect our community and partners. You may be disqualified or banned from future testing if:
- You provide false or fake Order IDs.
- You fail to complete the agreed review process after receiving a product or reimbursement.
- You engage in abusive, fraudulent, or spam behavior through our chat channels.
4. Disclaimer of Liability
Product Testing Club acts as an independent product discovery and testing platform. The products featured on our platform are supplied by third-party sellers and brands. We make no direct warranties regarding the manufacturing, safety, or commercial use of third-party products, and users test products at their own discretion.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any revisions will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued participation in our program signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
